I live outside of the US, will I be charged tax by customs?
“Importing” goods from overseas may mean that you have to pay a customs charge or tax. It all depends on your own country’s agreement with the country you are ordering goods from and the value of the item. In the UK, customs seem to pick packages at random so some of our customers get charged and others don’t.
We are always happy to give custom quotations if you want your very own piece of jewellery or costume designing and making from a photo or portrait. We can also quote for making changes to our existing products, e.g. replacing glass stones with real stones, using gold instead of brass settings, etc.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
Our commitment to quality means that you can order items without any worry or risk. If for some reason you don’t like what you ordered then simply return it in its original packaging, unworn, unused and unaltered, and we will be happy to give you a full refund. We cannot accept returns of special order items that have been customised to your particular requirements, unless they are defective.
Here at Replica Movie Jewelry, we are committed to putting our visitors and customers first. The owner, Claire Ridgway, only lists quality products on this website and things that she is happy to own and use herself. She wears our jewelry on a daily basis.

My earrings react to plated hooks, do you offer any others?
The majority of our earrings are also available with 14k gold hooks or surgical steel hooks for those who prefer them to gold- or-silver plated hooks.

Daniela mails packages by USPS (US Postal Service). Our flat rate shipping of $3 (domestic US) and $4.50 (international) covers first class mail but we also offer the following services:-

- International Priority – A Total of $15.50, shipping takes around 6-10 business days, depending on customs and your local postal service
- Domestic USA Express – A total of $18.50, gets to most places in the US the next business day
- International Express – A total of $29.50, shipping takes around 3-5 business days, depending on customs and your local postal service
